Summer Garden Bounty
Summer is finally here. It’s hot out and my garden is growing like crazy. Here are some recipes I found that are not only refreshing, but use the fruits and veggies that are probably growing in your garden or in season at your local farmer’s market.

I made a randition of these last night. I make a slaw of cabbage, carrots, onion, cilantro, lime, sour cream and some cajun seasoning. With fish tacos, SB makes a great slaw topped with a pan-asian dressing. You can find that recipe here.
I like to use goat cheese instead of feta in beet salads.
